1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kj99 website accessible at kj99.io and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and sub-domains operated under the kj99 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between the operator of kj99 ("kj99", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform ("you", "the Player", "the User").

By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by simply accessing any part of the kj99 Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.

kj99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent on-site notice. 2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. kj99 takes its age verification obligations seriously. We may request documentary evidence of your age at any point during your use of the Platform. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, kj99 will immediately suspend the account, void all bets placed, and return the net deposit balance (after deducting any winnings derived from underage play) to the payment method used for the original deposit.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The kj99 Platform is operated and marketed primarily for adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are playing. kj99 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use outside of its target market. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) kj99 account only. Creating or attempting to create duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kj99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your kj99 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify kj99 of any changes promptly. kj99 may require you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a government-issued ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) before processing your first withdrawal.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kj99 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. kj99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact kj99 Support immediately via the contact details provided in Section 12 of these Terms.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

All kj99 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kj99 does not operate accounts in foreign currencies. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kj99 currently supports the following payment methods for BDT deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner institutions

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on kj99 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kj99 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts where fraud or money laundering concerns arise.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kj99 account within 5 minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours. kj99 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.4 Own Payment Methods Only

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the sending account and the kj99 account may be suspended pending review.

4 Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

kj99 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within your kj99 account Cashier. Players who have been assigned VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

4.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

kj99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard player protection and anti-fraud measure. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's kj99 balance.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible, kj99 will work with the player to identify a suitable alternative method. kj99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawals to an alternative method.

4.5 Bonus Funds & Wagering Requirements

Funds credited as part of a bonus offer are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kj99 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and a VIP loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• kj99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before the active bonus has been completed or forfeited is not permitted.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

kj99 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing bets that cover opposing outcomes to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, kj99 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate any winnings derived from abusive play, and permanently close the player's account.

5.3 Welcome Bonus Cap

The kj99 welcome bonus is capped at a maximum of ৳20,000 on the first qualifying deposit. The exact bonus percentage and minimum qualifying deposit amount are stated in the current welcome bonus promotion. kj99 may adjust the welcome bonus structure at any time, but the terms in effect at the time of a player's first deposit will apply to that player's welcome bonus.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the kj99 Platform are subject to acceptance by kj99. kj99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet appears to exploit a pricing error; there is evidence of match-fixing or insider information; the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; or technical errors have affected the odds or game outcome displayed to the player.

6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on kj99 cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL (Indian Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral Test series, and other scheduled fixtures. All cricket markets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the kj99 sportsbook. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, settlement rules as published in the sportsbook will apply. kj99 uses official scorecards and match data from recognised governing bodies (including ICC and BCB) as the authoritative source for result settlement.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the kj99 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, Habanero, and Play'n GO. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot or table game is determined by the game provider and is not modifiable by kj99. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the outcome of that round may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's kj99 balance.

6.4 Prohibited Conduct

Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kj99 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kj99 Platform without prior written consent from kj99.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the kj99 Platform under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kj99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kj99 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or downtime affecting the Platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Loss of data resulting from technical failures outside kj99's reasonable control.

kj99's total liability to any player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit kj99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11 Account Suspension, Closure & Disputes

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your kj99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

11.2 kj99's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

kj99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where: a player has breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; a player is found to be under 21 years of age; or where required to do so by legal obligation.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your kj99 account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should contact kj99 Support in the first instance using the details in Section 12. kj99 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 7 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, it may be escalated through the internal review process described in the kj99 Complaints Procedure, available on request from our support team.

11.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the registered territory of kj99's operating entity. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
